Please ensure all information is completed correctly (including the school year in 2025) to assist our volunteers in providing them with the correct details so club information reaches you in a timely manner. Thank you.

Note: only the main registered contact will receive club correspondence. If you require a second contact to receive information, you must add details in the Club Correspondence Comments section.

Please Note: All players must be registered to commence pre-season training sessions.

  • 2025 Year 3 Short Sizing Info:

All 2025 Kingsway JFC Year 3 players will receive match day shorts on behalf of the club due to Kingsway Roos rebranding.  You can select you shorts size within the registration process. Please see sizing chart below as there will be no swaps once size has been selected.

  • 2025 Year 7 & New players to Youth Comps Polo

All year 7 players and new registrations to the club (in youth competitions – Years 7-12)  will receive a club polo as it’s a uniform requirement to games. The polos will be sorted via the registrar, merchandise officer and team manager before the season commences.

  • Transferring players:

Player transfers will be completed online via the Registrar. To transfer to Kingsway JFC please email registrar@kingswayjfc.com.au providing your full name & date of birth. Please note, transfers do not open until 1st February 2024.

  • Fees & Payments

Junior – Year 3 to Year 6 – $225.00
Youth – Year 7 to Year 11/12 – $255.00
Includes the compulsory WAFC Fee of $16.50 (as of 1st November 2022)

Payment is completed online as part of your registration process. All players must be financial before the season commences. Until payment is made, and a confirmation email received, registrations are not complete, and we are not able to assign players to teams.

  • Paypal 4 Pay

The AFL have a 4 part payment option now to pay fees off over 4 payments. You can select this option at the end for the registration process. For more information on 4 Pay Click here

  • KidSport Funding:

The basic process for KidSport Registrations:

  1. Apply for KidSport via the DSR website. KidSportApplication
  2. Once Voucher code is received by email, forward to treasurer@kingswayjfc.com.au
  3. Register via the registration link above, enter code in Government vouchers and pay the difference via Credit Card or Internet Banking or deposit to the bank account listed above.
  4. If you are waiting on a Kidsport code before completing your registration, please email the following details to registrar@kingswayjfc.com.au so we can continue to plan team numbers. Please include these details:

Full Name, Date of Birth, School Year, Team played in last season (i.e., Year 6 Black)

Note: it is important to forward the code as without it the club cannot claim the Kidsport portion on your behalf and apply it to your child’s profile to ensure they are financial.

If you have a KidSport voucher for more than $150.00 please email registrar@kingswayjfc.com.au to obtain a voucher code to offset the balance of fees. Note: if any voucher codes are used that are not applicable to a player’s circumstances, the balance of fees will be required to be paid prior to Round 1 commencing to be considered financial.

If you are planning on using KidSport please make sure you apply as soon as possible to avoid any delays receiving the code before the season starts.

  • Proof of Age/Identity:

All new players to the football club, or starting mods from Auskick, are required to provide proof of age document to allow the WAFC to complete the player registration. Please email registrar@kingswayjfc.com.au.

Note: proof of age must be received by the club prior to the season commencing. Players will be ineligible to play until this has been supplied.
